In this role, you will support the implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy protocols, conduct behavioral assessments, and collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and clinical supervisors. Responsibilities Assist in conducting behavioral developmental assessments and diagnostic evaluations for clients with neurodevelopmental disorders, including autism spectrum disorder. Collect, record, and analyze data on client behaviors to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments. Support patient care by engaging with children and individuals with disabilities in therapeutic activities designed to promote skill development. Maintain accurate medical documentation, including progress notes, intake forms, and treatment records, in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Communicate effectively with clients' families and caregivers to provide updates, guidance, and support on behavioral interventions. Collaborate with clinical supervisors during training sessions and case reviews to ensure best practices are followed. Skills Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and behavioral interventions. Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Proficiency in data collection methods and analyzing behavioral data to track client progress. Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and HIPAA compliance standards. Excellent client communication skills, demonstrating patience, empathy, and clarity when working with diverse populations. Ability to perform behavioral health assessments and assist in intake procedures for new clients. Experience supporting clinical supervision or participating in team-based treatment planning is a plus.
