Qualifications:

For RBTs:

Current Registered Behavior Technician certification, with active status and listed supervisor

For Behavior Interventionists:

Bachelors degree in a human services field or at least 24 qualifying semester credits Minimum of 1,040 hours of experience in the behavioral field Completed Intervention Specialists Competency checklist or a certificate verifying 40 hours of applied behavior analysis training

Responsibilities:

Deliver direct behavioral support to students, implementing individualized intervention strategies Collaborate with educators, families, and other school professionals Accurately document and report on student progress and engagement Adjust intervention techniques based on student response and supervisor feedback Maintain professional communication with families and staff
