Intervention Technician - $18/hour Teo Developmental Services is looking for an Intervention Technician to join our team in Fruitland! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and wants to gain hands-on experience in behavioral intervention and skill development. What you'll do: Work one-on-one with children to help build skills related to communication, independence, emotional regulation, social interaction, daily living, and positive behavior. Services may take place at our center, in the community, or in the child's home. You'll follow individualized intervention plans while receiving training, support, and ongoing supervision. We're looking for someone who: Enjoys working with children and helping them succeed Is dependable, patient, and willing to learn Is comfortable supporting children with a variety of needs and behaviors Can follow individualized intervention plans and accurately document services Is willing to participate in required training and supervision Can pass all required background checks Has a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Experience working with children, education, behavioral health, developmental disabilities, or human services is a plus.
