Key Qualifications:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required Demonstrated experience delivering behavioral support in educational or pediatric settings Strong understanding of K-12 developmental and learning needs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt strategies to meet the needs of diverse student populations
Responsibilities:
Deliver evidence-based behavioral interventions to students from kindergarten through 12th grade Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and monitor individualized education and behavior plans Conduct assessments, collect data, and analyze outcomes to guide intervention decisions Train and support school staff and families in implementation of behavioral strategies Maintain detailed and confidential records in compliance with regulatory and ethical guidelines Adjust approaches as needed to ensure every student receives personalized, effective support Enjoy a full-time schedule at 30 hours per week, with the opportunity to discuss your specific caseload at interview. This contract assignment runs from August 20th through June 4th, aligning with the academic calendar.
