This contract role, set in a welcoming school environment near Arlington Heights, IL, spans the entire 2025-2026 academic year, from August 27, 2026, through June 12, 2027. Your schedule will follow the school calendar, Monday through Friday, from 8:15 am to 3:45 pm. Each workday includes a 30-minute lunch break and two 15-minute breaks, offering a supportive rhythm to your day. Your focus will center on providing one-on-one behavioral support to an elementary learner within a dedicated building for upper elementary grades. In this role, you'll work closely with both students and staff, contributing to a collaborative, student-centered atmosphere where every day brings new opportunities to foster growth.

Desired Qualifications:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required. Experience working in school settings, especially with children in elementary grades, is highly valued. Ability to implement behavior intervention plans with consistency and compassion. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
