Job Description

Instructional Aide Subs Needed School-Based | Flexible Opportunities Spindle is actively hiring Instructional Aides to support students 1:1.. These roles are ideal for compassionate professionals who want to make a meaningful impact while working in a structured school setting. Position Responsibilities Support students academically, behaviorally, and socially in classroom settings Provide 1:1 or small-group assistance as directed by teachers and school staff Assist students with daily routines, transitions, and classroom participation Implement behavior support plans and follow IEPs as applicable Support mobility, supervision, and personal care needs Maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment Requirements ( School Compliance) To work in schools, you must meet the following requirements: High school diploma or GED At least 18 years of age TB test (per district requirements) Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting when needed Clearances must be current or willing to obtain prior to start. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a school, special education, behavioral health, or child care setting Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges CPI, PMT, or RBT experience a plus Why Work With Spindle?
