9666019-02145 Job Description Make a direct impact on the lives of PreK8th grade students by providing essential behavioral support and guidance as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a dynamic educational setting near Somerville, MA. This contract position offers the opportunity to collaborate with staff and families to best serve the needs of high-needs students across multiple classrooms, making every day meaningful and rewarding.

Key Qualifications:

Active BCBA licensure in Massachusetts is required Previous experience working in school-based settings is a plus, especially with high-needs populations Strong consultation and coaching skills for collaboration with educators and support staff Excellent communication abilities for engaging with students, staff, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized intervention plans for students in PreK8th grade Provide consultation and hands-on support in classrooms, addressing a caseload of 68 students per classroom across five classrooms Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers to implement effective behavior strategies Train and support school staff in the application of behavioral interventions Monitor progress, document interventions, and adjust plans as necessary to achieve student goals Engage in problem-solving with multidisciplinary teams to overcome challenges and promote positive student outcomes
