Qualifications:
Active BCBA Licensure in Massachusetts Experience working with high-needs or multi-classroom caseloads preferred Excellent collaboration and consultation skills Commitment to evidence-based behavioral interventions
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver expert behavioral consultation across five classrooms (6-8 students per classroom; PreK-8th grade) Develop and implement individualized behavior support plans Lead staff training and provide coaching for teachers and support staff Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed Document assessments, plans, and progress in compliance with district standards Start date: ASAP; Full-time (5 days/week); End date
