Job Description
Full-Time (22 hrs/week) or Part-Time Available Crown ABA is growing, and we are looking for an experienced BCBA who wants to do meaningful work, lead with confidence, and be part of a supportive team culture. This is a great opportunity for a BCBA who values collaboration, flexibility, and strong clinical standards. What You'll Do Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans Supervise and mentor RBTs through ongoing support and training Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers Track progress, update goals, and ensure quality outcomes Maintain ethical and clinical excellence in all services What We're Looking For Active BCBA certification Master's degree in ABA or related field Experience supervising RBTs and managing cases Strong communication, leadership, and organization A team-first mindset and passion for helping children thrive
