Make a positive impact supporting students across K-12 in a dynamic school environment as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This contract position offers the opportunity to work closely with educators and students to create effective behavioral strategies and foster a supportive learning atmosphere. Two positions are available, with full-time schedules and a start date as soon as possible.

Key Qualifications:

Must hold a current BCBA license in Maryland Demonstrated experience working with K-12 students Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and related educational interventions Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with teachers, support staff, students, and families Experience with data collection and functional behavior assessments Ability to manage multiple caseloads and adapt to various school settings

Responsibilities:

Provide direct and consultative behavioral support to students in K-12 settings Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans Collaborate with multidisciplinary school teams to integrate ABA strategies into academic settings Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to guide interventions Train and support school personnel in ABA principles and behavior management techniques Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines This school-based contract offers you the chance to build lasting relationships with students and staff while applying your BCBA expertise in a supportive district environment.
