Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting some of the youngest learners with a need for dedicated behavioral support. Two full-time Registered Behavior Technicians are sought for immediate placement at neighboring elementary schools. At Butterfly Ridge Elementary, youll provide critical school-wide and crisis support across pre-K through 5th grade, engaging with students who have a broad range of behavioral needs. At Orchard Grove Elementary, your efforts will be focused on program and student-specific support within the Learning for Life Program, helping create a positive and consistent learning environment. Assignments begin as soon as possible and are currently anticipated to run through mid-November, with the possibility of an extension as needs are reassessed. A virtual interview process is in place for efficiency and convenience.

What you bring:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (required) Experience working in school settings or with children preferred Strong interpersonal skills and compassionate approach to behavior management Adaptability and problem-solving skills in dynamic environments Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to all ethical standards Ability to collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and clinicians Your role will include: Delivering direct support to students based on behavioral intervention plans Collaborating with school teams to address behavioral or emotional crises Recording data and maintaining accurate documentation of student progress Assisting in the implementation of classroom behavior management systems Supporting special programs and individualized student goals This full-time role runs from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., allowing you to make a significant impact while maintaining work-life balance.
