Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract Exciting opportunities are available for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) looking to make a meaningful difference in school settings. Two full-time contract positions are open supporting elementary students in a dynamic educational environment. You'll work across two sites, collaborating with educators and support staff to provide essential services and crisis support for children in Pre-K through 5th grade.
Assignment Details:
Locations:
Butterfly Ridge Elementary and Orchard Grove Elementary Schedule:
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:00
PM Duration:
Start ASAP through November 13th, with potential for extension
Caseloads:
Butterfly Ridge:
Schoolwide and crisis support for an elementary setting with varied needs
Orchard Grove:
Focused support within the Learning for
Life Program Qualifications:
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Experience working with elementary-age children preferred Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment Adaptability to different caseload types and student needs Capacity to respond swiftly and compassionately in crisis situations
Responsibilities:
Deliver one-on-one and group behavioral interventions Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and administrators to support student success Provide proactive crisis support and intervention when necessary Document progress and contribute to team meetings Foster a positive, supportive environment for students with behavioral or developmental needs
