Two full-time positions are available, both supporting students in Frederick County within a collaborative school environment. Youll have the chance to make a significant difference for young learners, working with diverse elementary-aged students through meaningful, individualized engagement. These contract roles are based at Butterfly Ridge Elementary and Orchard Grove Elementary, each offering unique opportunities: At Butterfly Ridge, youll provide broad school and crisis support to students from Pre-K through 5th grade, addressing multiple needs across classrooms. At Orchard Grove, your work will center on student-specific interventions within the Learning for Life Program, ensuring tailored guidance in an inclusive setting. Positions start as soon as possible and are anticipated to continue through mid-November, with potential for extension based on school needs.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Experience supporting children or youth in school or clinical settings preferred Ability to remain calm and focused during crisis situations Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills Enthusiasm for fostering an encouraging, growth-focused environment
