Two full-time roles are now open, serving at Butterfly Ridge Elementary and Orchard Grove Elementary, both known for their dedicated student programs and collaborative teams. Assignments begin as soon as possible and run through mid-November, with potential for extension based on continuing needs. Butterfly Ridge Elementary focuses on school-wide and crisis support for pre-K through 5th-grade students with varied needs, while Orchard Grove provides program and student-specific assistance within a Learning for Life program setting.

Key Qualifications:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Experience in school settings or with children and adolescents strongly preferred Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate support to students with diverse needs Strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability skills Reliability and professionalism in fast-paced environments

Your Responsibilities:

Deliver direct behavior-analytic services to elementary students Follow support plans developed by supervising BCBAs Collect and document data on student progress and behaviors Collaborate with teachers, staff, and family members to ensure consistency in support Maintain confidentiality and uphold all school policies and protocols Attend regular meetings and contribute to team-based interventions Why Consider This Role?
