Job Description

Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding opportunity as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) supporting school-aged students near Ann Arbor, MI. Multiple full-time RBT roles are available on a contract basis, offering you the chance to make a meaningful impact in educational settings through the end of the school year. Your expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) will help foster a positive and encouraging environment for children with a range of behavioral needs.
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Previous experience working with children or students in schools preferred Solid understanding of ABA methodologies and positive behavior intervention supports Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, therapists, and caregivers Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered support
Key Responsibilities:
Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Collect data and record student progress according to outlined objectives Offer one-on-one and small group behavioral support in classroom or resource settings Support and reinforce skills that promote independence, socialization, and academic growth Collaborate with school staff and family members to ensure consistency in behavioral strategies
