HR Representative (AYHRRAA)

Gather data from various systems, audit data integrity, diagnose issues, and establish processes to streamline and improve data quality and accuracy. Apply statistical methods and data visualization tools to analyze HR data, identify patterns and correlations, and extract meaningful insights from the data. Build standard and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and scorecards from large datasets to present key trends. Understand complex analytics use cases and provide actionable recommendations to improve employee outcomes such as engagement, turnover, productivity, and organizational performance. Apply advanced analytics techniques to build predictive models that help take proactive action to address potential issues. Collaborate with various customers such as talent acquisition, HRBPs, I&D, C&B, and managers to identify and translate business requirements into efficient reports and views. Partner cross-functionally with IT to help design and build out HR analytics data warehouse and implement analytics platform. Stay on top of the latest trends in HR and HR Analytics to assist in developing analytics strategy and roadmap to support future business goals and objectives.

Salary range:

$87,859 - $148,600 per year.

Job Requirements:

Master's degree in Industrial and Labor Relations, Human Resources, or a related field (or foreign equivalent) and 2 years of experience in the position offered or in a related occupation.
