Job Function Provides instruction to students in agreement with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board requirements for Registered Behavior Technicians - RBT Task List (2nd ed.) Teaches in traditional classrooms, online or distance learning management systems. Collaborates with Manager, Center for Health Careers to support student success. Job Responsibilities Develops course curriculum and assessments, refines and modifies as industry dictates Teaches 40-hour training based on the RBT Task List (2nd ed.) and RBT Ethics Code (2nd ed.) ass assigned Prompt completion of student grades and classroom paperwork as requested Maintains records of all trainings conducted Expected to be reliable, responsible, professional and efficient with schedule and teaching assignment Promotes and supports student success Education Bachelor's degree Qualifications Must have an active certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board as a BCaBA, BCBA, or BCBAD. Three years of relevant work experience in Behavior Analysis at the Bachelor's degree level or higher required. One year of teaching/training preferred.
