This contract opportunity is based at a single school near Grand Rapids, MI, and offers a chance to make a meaningful difference in young lives. With two positions available, your expertise as an RBT will be a key part of delivering high-quality behavioral services within a welcoming school community.

What Youll Do:

Deliver direct ABA therapy to elementary-age students under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Implement individualized behavior intervention plans in the school setting. Accurately collect and record behavioral data and progress notes. Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to reinforce positive behaviors and support academic growth. Provide feedback and recommendations to staff regarding student progress. Assist students in building functional skills for daily classroom participation.

Qualifications:

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required. Experience working with elementary-aged children, preferably in a school environment. Familiarity with ABA principles and implementation. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with school teams. Compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach to student needs.
