Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), where you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality behavioral health services to individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. As a BCBA, you will lead the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based practices rooted in applied behavior analysis (ABA). Your expertise will directly impact the lives of children and adults by promoting meaningful progress through patient-centered care, data-driven decision making, and collaborative teamwork. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine client needs and develop tailored intervention strategies. Design, implement, and supervise individualized behavior intervention plans based on principles of applied behavior analysis. Collect, analyze, and interpret data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly. Provide training and ongoing supervision to behavior technicians and support staff to ensure fidelity of interventions. Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to promote consistency across settings and maximize client outcomes. Maintain accurate medical records, documentation, and compliance with HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and legal standards are met. Facilitate intake assessments for new clients and participate in ongoing patient care activities including progress reports and treatment plan reviews. Requirements Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism spectrum disorder. Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and data collection methods. Ability to perform patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver patient-centered care with compassion. Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and documentation standards such as HIPAA compliance. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, teams, and stakeholders across various settings. Bachelor's or higher degree in psychology, education, or related field; master's degree preferred. Pay:
$75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
