Environment:

Naturalistic, preschool-style group therapy rooms designed to encourage play, movement, communication, social development, and independence What You'll Do As a BCBA, you will oversee an individualized caseload while working alongside behavior technicians, caregivers, and other clinical providers to help each child make meaningful progress.

Responsibilities include:

Conduct initial and ongoing behavioral and developmental assessments. Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans based on each child's strengths, needs, and family priorities. Create meaningful skill acquisition and behavior reduction programming within a play-based environment. Regularly review client data and modify treatment goals and protocols based on clinical progress. Provide ongoing supervision, modeling, feedback, and support to behavior technicians. Train technicians to implement treatment programs and behavior support plans accurately and confidently. Conduct caregiver training and maintain regular communication with families regarding progress, concerns, and treatment recommendations. Collaborate with speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, educators, and other providers to support continuity of care. Complete treatment plans, reauthorizations, session notes, and other required clinical documentation accurately and within established timelines. Maintain clinical documentation and services in accordance with BACB, insurance, HIPAA, and organizational requirements. Participate in team meetings, clinical collaboration, and center-wide problem-solving. What We're Looking For Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing with the BACB Current or eligible Michigan behavior analyst licensure Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder, preferably within an early intervention population Experience conducting and interpreting assessments such as the VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Vineland, or similar assessments Experience developing individualized ABA treatment plans and behavior intervention plans Experience supervising, training, and mentoring behavior technicians Comfortable collaborating directly with caregivers and leading caregiver training Strong understanding of current BACB ethical standards and evidence-based clinical practices Strong communication, organization, time-management, and interpersonal skills Completion of required supervision training or willingness to complete applicable requirements CPR/First Aid certification preferred Join The Linden Center If you're looking for a BCBA position where you can provide meaningful clinical care in a supportive, collaborative environment while maintaining a consistent weekday schedule, we'd love to meet you.
