Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting individuals with behavioral challenges by implementing treatment plans and providing direct care. This position requires a strong understanding of behavioral health principles and the ability to work collaboratively with clients, families, and other professionals in the field. Responsibilities Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a licensed professional. Monitor and document client progress, behaviors, and responses to interventions accurately. Provide direct support to clients in various settings, including home, school, and community environments. Assist in medication administration as needed and ensure compliance with medical documentation protocols. Engage clients in therapeutic activities that promote skill development and positive behavior management. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including special education professionals, social workers, and healthcare providers. Participate in crisis management situations while maintaining a safe environment for clients and staff. Maintain confidentiality of client records and adhere to ethical standards in all interactions.
