Position Overview We're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Behavior Technician Level 2 to join our after-school team! As a Level 2 technician, you'll work directly with children in one-on-one and small-group settings to help them build communication, social, and daily living skills using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies. You'll work closely under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Clinical Director , receiving hands-on guidance, mentorship, and training every step of the way. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about making a difference and looking to grow within the behavioral health or psychology field. Key Responsibilities Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) developed by the BCBA and Clinical Director. Provide direct ABA therapy to children, helping them learn and practice new skills in fun, engaging ways. Accurately collect and record data on client progress and communicate updates to the clinical team. Support clients during after-school sessions in a safe, structured, and encouraging environment.
