We specialize in Early Intensive Developmental and Behavioral Intervention (EIDBI) services for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related developmental conditions. Our team combines clinical excellence with genuine compassion to create meaningful, lasting change for every child we serve. Position Overview We're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Behavior Technician Level 2 to join our after-school team! As a Level 2 technician, you'll work directly with children in one-on-one and small-group settings to help them build communication, social, and daily living skills using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies. You'll work closely under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Clinical Director , receiving hands-on guidance, mentorship, and training every step of the way. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about making a difference and looking to grow within the behavioral health or psychology field. Key Responsibilities Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) developed by the BCBA and Clinical Director. Provide direct ABA therapy to children, helping them learn and practice new skills in fun, engaging ways. Accurately collect and record data on client progress and communicate updates to the clinical team. Support clients during after-school sessions in a safe, structured, and encouraging environment. standards . Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistent support across home and community settings. Participate in ongoing professional development and paid training opportunities to strengthen your clinical and leadership skills. Training & Professional Development At Oasis, your growth matters!
We provide:
Paid training in ABA fundamentals and EIDBI service delivery standards. Ongoing supervision and mentorship by a BCBA and Clinical Director . Opportunities to advance to Level I Provider or Qualified Supervising Professional (QSP) roles. Continuing education on topics like behavioral data collection, communication strategies, and trauma-informed care. Qualifications Meets Minnesota
DHS EIDBI
Level 2 provider qualifications (training and supervision requirements). Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism. Strong understanding of basic ABA principles and behavioral support techniques. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Commitment to compassionate, person-centered care. Reliable, punctual, and able to follow structured treatment plans.
Schedule Hours:
