Our mission is to create customized services for children with behavioral concerns in home and community environments, so they can become their best selves. We serve many families from multicultural and underserved communities, and we build every child's plan around the family's values, culture and language. II EIDBI
Treatment Providers . You will work one-on-one and in small groups with children, following each child's treatment plan, with regular support and supervision from our Qualified Supervising Professionals (QSPs). What you'll do Deliver one-on-one and small-group ABA intervention exactly as written in each child's Individual Treatment Plan (ITP) Collect accurate session data and track progress on each child's goals Coach and support parents and caregivers when the supervising QSP assigns it Help the QSP update and monitor treatment plans Join care-coordination meetings with families, schools and case managers when requested Write a session note for every session on the day you deliver it Get regular observation, feedback and supervision from your QSP Where you'll work Homes, the Oasis center, schools and community settings in Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott and Washington counties. Pay and schedule $22 to $26 per hour, based on experience and credentials. Full-time and part-time positions available, with flexible schedules. We are hiring 2 to 3 qualified people, starting as soon as possible. Based in Hopkins, MN. Who can qualify Minnesota law sets the qualifications for this role. You must meet at least one of these: A bachelor's degree in psychology, special education, social work, child development or a related field, and one of: RBT certification, BCaBA certification, or 1,000+ hours of supervised experience working with people with autism An associate's degree in a related field and 2,000+ hours of supervised experience with people with autism 4,000+ hours of supervised experience delivering treatment to people with autism Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or graduate program in a behavioral or child-development field 18 or older and fluent in a language other than English (Oasis provides the required training and weekly supervision) Not sure if you qualify? Preferred Current RBT certification (BACB) Fluency in Spanish, in addition to English Requirements for everyone At least 1 year of experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities 18 years or older Background check required: must pass a Minnesota DHS background study (NETStudy 2.0) before working with children W-2 employee of Oasis. This is not a contract role Complete Oasis training, including mandated-reporter training, before you start working with clients Valid driver's license, clean driving record and current auto insurance (sessions take place across the metro) Able to communicate clearly in English, spoken and written Why Oasis Regular supervision and coaching from experienced QSPs A clear path to grow from Level II to Level I as you gain hours and credentials Work that reflects the cultures and languages of the families we serve Continuing education (CEU) support toward your degree and professional licensure Flexible schedules, with full-time and part-time positions available Oasis Child and Family Services is an equal opportunity employer.
