We serve many families from multicultural and underserved communities, and every child's plan reflects the family's values, culture and language. We are hiring experienced Behavior Technicians to work as Level I EIDBI Treatment Providers , our most advanced treatment role below the Qualified Supervising Professional (QSP). You will deliver and direct intervention, coach Level II technicians, train families, and help the QSP plan and monitor treatment. What you'll do Deliver one-on-one and group ABA intervention exactly as written in each child's Individual Treatment Plan (ITP) Observe, direct and coach Level II technicians in sessions when the QSP assigns it: techniques, data collection, function of behavior and generalization of skills Lead higher-ratio sessions when the treatment plan calls for them Provide parent and caregiver training and counseling Help the QSP develop treatment plans and monitor progress Collect and graph data, and report concerns to the QSP promptly Join care-coordination meetings with families, schools and case managers Write a session note for every session on the day you deliver it Where you'll work Homes, the Oasis center, schools and community settings in Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott and Washington counties. Pay and schedule $22 to $26 per hour, based on experience and credentials. Full-time and part-time positions available, with flexible schedules. You need both of these:
At least 2,000 hours of supervised clinical experience or training with people with autism (or equivalent graduate coursework), and One of the following: A master's degree in psychology, special education, social work, child development or a related field A bachelor's degree in a related field plus 6,000+ hours of clinical experience in early intervention (ABA) A bachelor's degree in a related field plus advanced certification in a DHS-recognized treatment modality BCaBA certification with 4,000+ supervised hours BCBA certification Currently enrolled in a master's program in a related field Preferred Current RBT or BCaBA certification, or working toward BCBA Experience coaching or training other technicians Experience training parents and caregivers Fluency in Spanish, in addition to English Requirements for everyone 18 years or older Background check required: must pass a Minnesota DHS background study (NETStudy 2.0) before working with children W-2 employee of Oasis.
