Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Watertown, MN Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to support students in a school-based setting in Watertown, Minnesota . Position Highlights Provide behavioral assessment, intervention, and consultation services to students Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Collect, analyze, and monitor behavioral data to evaluate student progress Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, related service providers, and families Provide staff training, coaching, and consultation on evidence-based behavioral strategies Support students with behavioral, social-emotional, communication, and functional needs Monitor the effectiveness of interventions and make data-driven recommendations Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team planning Qualifications Active BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board Minnesota Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential or eligibility to obtain required state licensure Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field School-based or pediatric behavioral experience preferred Strong knowledge of FBAs, BIPs, data collection, and evidence-based interventions Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills Apply Today!
