Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required Prior experience working with school-aged children (preferred) Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Adaptability for fast-paced and changing environments
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement behavioral intervention plans for students Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student needs Conduct assessments and monitor progress, making data-driven recommendations Provide training and support for educators and paraprofessionals Maintain accurate records and adhere to ethical standards
