- Intensive Outpatient Program University of Missouri-Columbia 403(b) United States, Missouri, Columbia 801 Conley Avenue (Show on map) Apr 20, 2026 Hiring Department The Thompson Center Job Description The Thompson Center is seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP).
- Implement individualized behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans as designed by the supervising BCBA
- Manage and respond to challenging behavior using safe and ethical procedures
- Collect accurate, real-time data on behaviors and skill development
- Support caregivers during training sessions and aid in the generalization of new skills
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe treatment environment
- Prepare session materials and participate in daily team debriefings
- Uphold the dignity, safety, and well-being of clients at all times Program Highlights
- Clients attend 3-hour sessions, 5 days a week, for approximately 16 weeks
- Services are delivered in-clinic
- Treatment is based on functional assessments and grounded in evidence-based practices (e.g., Functional Communication Training, Skill-Based Treatment)
- Sessions are structured and adapted to each individual's learning style and needs
- Ongoing team collaboration, supervision, and professional development provided daily What Makes This Role Unique

Anticipated Hiring Range Salary Range:
$18.00- $20.
