Job Description

We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one support to children and individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities in the home, school, or community. You'll help clients build skills, reach their goals, and make meaningful progress. Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will: Implement individualized behavior intervention plans Collect data during sessions to track progress Assist in the development of individualized treatment goals Support skill-building in areas such as communication, social interaction, and daily living Collaborate with the treatment team to provide feedback and progress reports Utilize applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors Maintain accurate and timely session notes and documentation The candidate we are looking for will have: Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities Knowledge of HIPAA regulations A high school diploma or equivalent Compassion and patient approach when working with children Reliable transportation RBT Certification Preferred Not RBT certified yet?
