- Full-time, department leadership position
- Starting wage negotiable based upon experience, skills, availability, etc.
- Availability preferred for both AM shift (approx. 7am to 3pm) and/or PM shift (approx. 3pm to 11pm), when scheduled in advance. Predictable shift schedule normally after completion of training.

POSITION SUMMARY
Front Desk Manager ensures exceptional service to hotel patrons, maximizes profitability, provides hands-on guidance to staff, and safeguards the welfare of employees and Hotel property.DUTIES:
Ensures the safety and security of guests, employees and the property. Monitors, responds to and resolves unusual occurrences. Coordinates with other department heads and the GM as the situation requires. Oversees the technical operation of the front desk staff. Assists front desk staff in checking-in/out guests efficiently, managing cash and credit card transactions, and billing/folio processing.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
High-school graduate required.Experience:
Minimum one-year hospitality/customer service and one-year supervisory experience necessary to be successful.Special skills:
Working knowledge of data-base management/computer software technology and cash/credit card handling procedures.Attributes:
Ability to make good business decisions/judgments, work independently without constant supervision, reliably work scheduled shift hours, maintain self in a clean, professional business-like appearance, effectively communicate orally and in writing, and meet physical requirements.Physical:
Must be able to quickly access all areas of the hotel in case of emergencies. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds unassisted.Other:
Must agree to and pass background pre-employment screenings.Job Type:
