Blue Jay ABA provides In-Home ABA therapy to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Behavior Therapists (BTs) work closely with each child and their family to deliver high-quality ABA services. At Blue Jay ABA, we are committed to supporting our clients with care and passion in meeting the need of both our clients and staff. We are looking for dedicated BTs/RBTs to join our team of professionals who share our passion for enhancing the quality of life of individuals diagnosed with ASD. Key Responsibilities Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA Provide one-on-one behavior therapy sessions to individuals with ASD. Collect and record data on client progress by using electronic data collection software Work with the supervising BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs Ongoing communication with parents to review and monitor the client's progress.
