This position provides in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services , and candidates must be comfortable working in clients' homes to provide supervision, assessment, and support. In this vital role, you will design, implement, and oversee individualized behavioral intervention plans to support children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Your expertise will drive positive behavioral change, promote skill development, and enhance quality of life for those you serve. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact through evidence-based practices rooted in applied behavior analysis (ABA). You will collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care while adhering to all ethical and legal standards. Responsibilities Develop comprehensive behavioral treatment plans based on thorough assessments and diagnostic evaluations. Conduct intake assessments and ongoing patient evaluations to determine needs and progress. Implement evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques tailored to each individual's goals and abilities. Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously during therapy sessions to monitor progress and adjust interventions accordingly. Provide training and support to caregivers, teachers, and staff on ABA strategies and behavior management techniques. Maintain accurate medical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and confidentiality standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans, review progress reports, and facilitate seamless communication. Skills Extensive knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and behavioral therapy methods. Proven experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder. Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and documentation for clinical decision-making. Familiarity with medical terminology, patient assessment procedures, and medical records management. Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations and behavioral health assessments effectively. Excellent patient care skills combined with compassionate communication tailored to diverse populations.
