Your day-to-day includes:
Providing high-quality, one-on-one ABA therapy using positive reinforcement strategies in natural learning environments. Meticulously tracking and collecting behavioral data via user-friendly digital tools to guide real-time clinical decisions. Collaborating directly with an interdisciplinary team of dedicated BCBAs, families, and speech/OT clinicians. Upholding the highest professional, ethical, and cultural competence standards.
