Job Description

Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic behavioral health team. In this vital role, you will lead the development and implementation of individualized behavior intervention plans for children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Your expertise will help improve quality of life, foster independence, and promote positive behavioral change through evidence-based practices. Duties Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs and strengths Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to track progress and inform treatment adjustments Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and caregivers on behavioral therapy techniques Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including special education professionals, medical staff, and families, to ensure holistic care Maintain accurate medical records, documentation, and reports in compliance with HIPAA regulations Conduct intake assessments for new clients and coordinate initial patient evaluations to establish treatment goals Qualifications Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism spectrum disorder Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy, and data collection methods Familiarity with medical terminology, patient assessment procedures, and medical documentation standards Ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities in various settings including clinics, schools, or homes Excellent communication skills for training staff, collaborating with families, and documenting clinical progress Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and experience managing confidential medical records Join us in transforming lives through compassionate, evidence-based behavioral health services! Pay:
$86,647.82 - $104,350.06 per year
