Board Certified Behavior Analyst Omaha, NE 68144 $90
- $95 an hour

- Part-time About Heartwise Support At Heartwise Support, we are committed to providing thoughtful, individualized ABA services that prioritize clinical quality over volume.

- Collaborative team environment with opportunities for interdisciplinary coordination and weekly connection and collaboration with Heartwise's team of BCBAs and clinical director.
- Respect for work-life balance, including realistic expectations around documentation and availability Key Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Provide clinical oversight of ABA services, including supervision of Behavior Technicians
- Deliver parent/caregiver training and support to promote generalization and long
- term success
- Monitor client progress through ongoing data analysis and make treatment adjustments as needed
- Collaborate with other providers to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with best practices and funding requirements Qualifications
- Master's degree in psychology, special education, or a related field
- Current BCBA certification (required)
- Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to make data-informed decisions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Reliable transportation for in-person services
