Our BCBAs work closely with interdisciplinary teams to create integrated treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each child and family. About the Role We are seeking a hourly BCBA to provide support for clients and families in the Omaha and Lincoln areas. This role is designed to offer flexibility while maintaining strong clinical oversight and meaningful client progress. This is an ideal opportunity for a BCBA looking for a sustainable, lower-hour position with autonomy and support. What You Can Expect

  • Support with scheduling and administrative tasks, allowing you to focus on clinical work
  • Collaborative team environment with opportunities for interdisciplinary coordination and weekly connection and collaboration with Heartwise's team of BCBAs and clinical director.
  • Respect for work-life balance, including realistic expectations around documentation and availability Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
  • Provide clinical oversight of ABA services, including supervision of Behavior Technicians
  • Deliver parent/caregiver training and support to promote generalization and long
  • term success
  • Monitor client progress through ongoing data analysis and make treatment adjustments as needed
  • Collaborate with other providers to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with best practices and funding requirements Qualifications
  • Master's degree in psychology, special education, or a related field
  • Current BCBA certification (required)
  • Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
  • Strong clinical judgment and ability to make data-informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Reliable transportation for in-person services
