BCBA Key Responsibilities:

Provide behavioral support within elementary classrooms under the clinical supervision of an onsite BCBA Implement behavior intervention plans and monitor positive student outcomes Collect data on targeted student behaviors and report accurately Foster a supportive and engaging classroom environment for students with ASD or behavioral needs Partner closely with school staff and administration to ensure best practices
