Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Somersworth, NH Area KindSpire Education | School-Based Opportunity KindSpire Education is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students in a school-based setting in the Somersworth, NH area. This is an excellent opportunity for an RBT who enjoys working with children, supporting positive behavior, and making a meaningful difference in the school community. Monday-Friday, during school hours Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay of $28-32/hr Weekly pay Consistent school-based schedule Professional support from KindSpire Education Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' lives Potential for continued opportunities throughout the school year Responsibilities Provide one-on-one and small-group behavioral support to students in a school setting. Implement behavior intervention plans under the direction of the supervising BCBA or appropriate school team. Support students with emotional, behavioral, social, and developmental needs. Help students develop positive behaviors, social skills, communication, and independence. Collect and document behavioral data as directed. Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, BCBAs, and other school professionals. Maintain a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment. Follow individualized student support plans and school policies. Requirements Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred. Experience working with children or students with behavioral, developmental, or special education needs. High school diploma or equivalent required. Ability to work in a school-based environment. Strong communication, patience, reliability, and a genuine interest in helping students succeed. Must be able to pass required background checks and meet school district onboarding requirements.
