BCBA Behavior Analyst - Make a Meaningful Impact in Schools | $58-65/hr Somersworth Area, NH | School-Based | 2026-2027 School Year KindSpire Education is seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a school-based team in the Somersworth, NH area. Schedule:
Monday-Friday, school hours Compensation & Benefits Attractive pay of $58-65/hr Weekly pay Benefits available for eligible employees Professional support from the KindSpire Education team Opportunities for professional growth Meaningful work supporting students and school communities Responsibilities Provide behavioral assessment, intervention, and support for students in a school-based setting. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans. Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, school psychologists, related service providers, and families. Use data collection and analysis to evaluate student progress and guide treatment decisions. Provide consultation and behavioral guidance to school staff. Support positive behavioral outcomes and student success. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with applicable professional and school requirements. Participate in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative educational environment. Requirements Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field. Experience working with children or adolescents in a school-based or educational setting preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills. Ability to work effectively with students, educators, and families. Commitment to ethical, student-centered behavioral support.
