Position Summary:

The Behavior Technician is a clinical team member and receives supervision per the leading BCBA. BCBA or BCaBA Referral Bonus Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children under the clinical supervision of a BCBA or BCaBA. Follow behavior, individualized treatment plans, and reinforcements as determined by the supervising BCBA. Complete daily acquisition skills, maintenance, and mastered skills treatment activities. Implement appropriate teaching strategies and behavior modification approaches stated in the treatment program. Collect accurate data daily. Complete billing documentation with parents' signatures. Attends staff meetings and training as requested. Completes additional job duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities): High School Diploma, GED Experience with children with special needs, developmental delays, and/or autism Training coursework is provided for those that do not have RBT certification. Confidentiality and discretion pertaining to the work environment and HIPAA requirements are required.
