Join The Social Spectrum , where you'll help children and young adults with autism build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills while gaining valuable hands-on experience in the growing field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). This role is great for those who are exploring a career in psychology, education, special education, speech therapy, occupational therapy, social work, or behavior analysis, or simply have a passion for working with children; we provide the training and support you need to succeed. The Social Spectrum provides center-based, in-home, and community-based ABA therapy, OT, and Speech for individuals ages 18 months through 21 years throughout New Jersey. What You'll Do Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will: Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children and young adults Implement individualized treatment plans Teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills Accurately collect session data and complete documentation Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical team members to support client progress Why Join The Social Spectrum?
