Job Description
Links ABA Therapy, a child-centered ABA provider in Grapevine, TX, seeks a part-time BT/ABA to deliver 1:1 therapy to children with autism and related developmental disorders. In this role, you will follow individualized treatment plans designed by BCBAs, implement behavior interventions, and teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based ABA methods. You will collect accurate data, document progress, and collaborate closely with supervisors, clinicians, and families. Responsibilities Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in clinic or home settings following treatment plans Implement behavior intervention strategies and teaching programs (DTT, NET) as directed by supervisors Accurately collect, record, and report session data and behavioral observations Communicate progress and concerns to supervising BCBA and clinical team Support families with carryover strategies and maintain professional, compassionate interactions Maintain client safety, confidentiality, and compliance with clinical protocols Participate in training, supervision, and team meetings to improve clinical skills Required Skills Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) implementation Behavior intervention plan execution Data collection and progress monitoring Discrete Trial Training (DTT) Natural Environment Teaching (NET) Parent and family collaboration Child behavior management Documentation and reporting Basic computer and EMR/software use HIPAA and client confidentiality compliance
