Job description Innovative Therapy Group seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) for a Public School near River Edge, New Jersey. Candidate must be a goal-driven individual who is detail oriented to work with children who have different types of neurobehavioral disorders including autism, ADHD, Asperger's and processing disorders. This position requires developing individualized behavior programs for students as well as maintaining communication with educational staff and parents.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA Certification Experience with ABA therapy and Autism a must Background in Education/ School Certification Experience working with school age children Ability to communicate effectively, demonstrate sound judgment, and utilize appropriate interventions as necessary.
