The client is looking for a licensed BCBA to join their team in Sicklerville, NJ, delivering high-quality ABA services while supporting clients, families, and clinical staff.

Responsibilities :

Oversee and manage client services Provide direct 1:1 services with clients as needed Develop individualized treatment plans and goals Supervise providers and ensure quality of care Conduct parent training and maintain ongoing family collaboration Monitor client progress and adjust programming accordingly

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Active BCBA certification (required) Current state licensure (required) Strong leadership and clinical skills Dedicated, organized, and professional

Pay:

$75.00 - $90.00 per hour
