Full Job Description ABA Behavior Technician Job Summary:
Imagination ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate ABA Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, individualized ABA services to children and families in our community. Our team is committed to using evidence-based practices to support individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs.
Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy sessions to clients in their natural environments, including homes, schools, and community settings Implement individualized treatment plans developed by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) Collect and record data on client progress and behavior Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals to ensure consistent and effective therapy Participate in ongoing training and supervision to enhance skills and knowledge Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and therapy sessions About the
