Job Description
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Henderson, Whitney Ranch, Green Valley & Surrounding Clark County Areas 2 Open Positions | $95-$100 per Hour We are hiring two Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support a growing ABA caseload throughout Henderson and nearby Clark County communities. This opportunity is designed for BCBAs seeking strong hourly compensation, flexible caseload development, and meaningful clinical autonomy while working with children and families across home, school, daycare, and community-based settings. >> Who You'll Work With You will support children and families who may need assistance with functional communication, social interaction, adaptive behavior, emotional regulation, self-care routines, independence, and skills that improve participation at home, school, and in the community . Some clients may also require support addressing behaviors that interfere with learning, transitions, daily routines, safety, or family activities. Services may be delivered across home, school, daycare, community, or coordinated multi-setting environments , depending on each client's individualized treatment plan and clinical needs. >> What You'll Do Complete comprehensive behavioral assessments and reassessments. Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable clinical objectives. Review ongoing data and modify programs based on client progress. Provide supervision, feedback, and clinical direction to RBTs. Conduct caregiver training focused on practical skill development and behavior support. Coordinate treatment recommendations with families and other professionals involved in care. Maintain timely clinical documentation, progress reports, and treatment updates.
