Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead behavioral intervention programs, conduct comprehensive assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans for children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Your expertise will drive meaningful progress and improve quality of life for those you serve. This position will manage clinical operations and report directly to the executive director. Responsibilities Conduct initial behavioral and ongoing assessments/diagnostic evaluations (e.g., FBAs, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Vineland-3, SRS-2, functional analyses) to identify client needs and strengths. Design, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment and behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles. Provide supervision, training and coaching for RBTs, BCaBAs, and students to promote clinical growth and program fidelity. Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and support staff on behavioral therapy techniques. Develop, and Deliver parent and caregiver training to support skill generalization and long-term progress. Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary providers (OT, SLP, school staff) to ensure holistic, coordinated support. Review session data and notes to guide decision-making and ensure compliance with ethical and billing standards. Support the development of consistent, high-quality operations through clinical leadership and mentoring within a startup environment. Maintain documentation and data integrity using appropriate ABA platforms (e.g., CentralReach, Therapynotes etc.). Collect, analyze, and document data accurately to track client progress and inform treatment adjustments. Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency in intervention strategies. Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations by managing confidential medical records and documentation securely. Participate in intake processes, patient assessments, and ongoing behavioral health evaluations to support comprehensive care. Current certification as a BCBA or licensure as an LBA in the relevant state or jurisdiction. Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism spectrum disorder Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy, and special education methodologies Skilled in data collection, patient assessment, medical documentation, and medical terminology. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, team members, and external providers. Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. $66,559.85 - $85,158.10 per year
