Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Sage Health Services - 3.5 Las Vegas, NV Job Details Part-time | Full-time $25 - $29 an hour 5 days ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Vision insurance Qualifications RBT Certification Computer operation Computer literacy Experience working with individuals with autism High school diploma or GED Driver's License Experience working with children Working with students from diverse cultural backgrounds Teaching Full Job Description Job Description Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Interventionist positions are part-time and generally require staff availability during afternoon and evening hours. Position starts at $25.00-$29.00 per hour depending on experience. Current RBTs will start between $26-30.00/hour. (BACB and State License needed) Candidates wanting to become an RBT will start at $23/hour for 60 days and then be bumped to $25/hour
Qualifications:
1. Experience working with children diagnosed with ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) or related disabilities. 2. Must have RBT certification already. 3. Speaking Spanish is a plus. 4. Ability to work with families and children with diverse backgrounds, ethnicities, cultures and economic status. 5. Basic computer skills. Ability to type and use programs such as Microsoft Word & Excel. 6. Current Nevada driver's license and access to personal transportation. 7. Must provide proof of insurance and registration. 8. Ability to travel to clients' homes throughout the Las Vegas area. 9. Must be a citizen or legal resident of the United States and eligible to work in the United States. 10. Must be able to pass a federal background check (including fingerprinting). 11. Must be available to work afternoons and evenings (after school hours). 12. Candidates must pass a drug screening.
Job Duties:
1. Provide 1 on 1 intensive ABA Therapy in the homes of clients. 2. Follow behavior oriented teaching programs and protocols, specific to each client. 3. Keep a consistent schedule with assigned families & clients. 4. Complete required training as provided by the employer. 5. Maintain RBT certification. 6. Collect and maintain appropriate behavior data. 7. Complete all other required paperwork and documentation. 8. Maintain confidentiality in accordance to HIPAA guidelines. 9. Attend staff meetings, trainings, and other required meetings. 10.
