In this engaging position, you will implement evidence-based behavioral interventions under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Your energetic and compassionate approach will help clients develop essential skills, improve behavior, and enhance their quality of life. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference while gaining valuable experience in behavioral health and applied behavior analysis (ABA). Duties Collect and record behavioral data accurately during therapy sessions to monitor progress and inform treatment plans Implement individualized behavior management strategies and ABA therapy protocols designed by supervising BCBAs Support clients in developing communication, social, academic, and self-regulation skills through structured teaching methods Maintain detailed medical documentation, care plans, and behavioral records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and professional standards Engage in direct behavioral therapy sessions with children and individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders in home, school and in clinic settings Requirements Prior experience working with children or individuals with disabilities, especially those on the autism spectrum or with neurodevelopmental disorders Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavior management techniques, and implementing therapy protocols Ability to assist with ADLs and support clients' daily routines effectively Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and HIPAA compliance standards Strong data collection skills to track client progress accurately during sessions Experience working in home-based, in clinic behavioral settings or school environments is preferred Excellent client communication skills combined with a professional and ethical approach aligned with the Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts Join us to empower individuals through compassionate care, innovative behavioral strategies, and dedicated support.
