Job Description
Eleos Behavior Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavior Technician to join our growing team in Yonkers, NY. In this role, you'll provide 1:1 ABA support to children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism, while helping them build communication, social, and daily living skills. You will receive ongoing training, guidance, and supervision from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) while implementing individualized treatment plans. Responsibilities Implement individualized ABA treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA Collect accurate session data to monitor client progress and support treatment decisions Maintain accurate session notes and client documentation in compliance with confidentiality and regulatory standards Collaborate with families, caregivers, and professionals to support comprehensive care Support clients in developing daily living, communication, and social skills Collaborate with families and the clinical team to promote consistency and support client progress Uphold client confidentiality and professional standards at all times Requirements Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities (autism experience strongly preferred) Willingness to complete Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred Proficiency in data collection and analysis related to behavioral interventions Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with families and team members Reliability, professionalism, and commitment to evidence-based care High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field preferred At Eleos Behavior Care, we believe progress happens through patience, connection, and consistency.
