JOB DESCRIPTION
The BT (Behavior Technician) Position is an entry-level position that is perfect for those who desire to build a career working with children and young adults with special needs like autism. BTs will train and work toward earning their certification to become an RBT (Registered Behavior Technician), and their career can only grow from there! Collaborative Care Behavioral Therapy (CCBT) is seeking to recruit BTs who have the ability to earn their RBT certification through the BACB. BTs work directly with clients aged 2-12 years, in our center located in downtown Wapakoneta. They implement programs written by the supervising BCBA and collect data on the client's performance and behavior. These programs are designed to help our clients decrease problem behaviors that impede everyday living and replace them with desired behaviors that will help them reach their full potential.
