Job Description

A rewarding, full-time opportunity is available for a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide critical support in a school setting near Lakewood, OH. This contract position runs now through May 2027, open to professionals who are passionate about fostering positive change for students. The primary schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 3:30 pm. While in-person presence is preferred, applicants interested in virtual work will be thoughtfully considered. Preferred Qualifications:
Active certification as a BCBA in Ohio (required) Residency in Ohio (required) Previous experience working in school-based or educational settings Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans Familiarity with data-driven assessment and behavioral analysis techniques
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop behavior intervention plans tailored to student needs Support and collaborate with school staff, administrators, and families Monitor student progress and adjust strategies as necessary Train and guide school personnel in the implementation of positive behavior supports Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and district guidelines This contract role offers the satisfaction of making a real difference in young lives while working a predictable weekday schedule.
